Generally Displeased with my O-Train Experience

I’m a regular user of the O-Train since day 1. My normal commute from Kanata North would take 50min-1hr most days. When the train is working and on schedule my new commute now takes me at least an hour to and hour and 15 minutes. Given the uncertainty I’m facing when approaching Tunney’s Pasture I can feel my stress level rise when stepping off the bus walking towards the platform not knowing if the train is on schedule or not. Generally for the past few weeks it seems there are issues every morning.

I am not a happy commuter and I certainly don’t have confidence in the system to feel comfortable booking any appointments or meetings that rely on me getting there on time purely by the transit schedule.

More frustrations ahead!
